pc won't boot. vga boot debug led light on. after some troubleshooting. process of elimination. finally figured it was the riser cable. funny thing is when I plugged the riser cable into the lower pcie slots it worked ..it booted right away... I swapped cpu ram . put in 1 ram stick. swapped mobo ...same issue . once I swapped mobo and it was the same issue ... I realised it had to be the riser cable .. switched it out and voile it booted in the top pcie x16 slot..amazing... just goes to show som
