Ventricular Assist Device Surgery
Colleen Brasher's journey to MRC started after she received a Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD), a mechanical pump that helps her heart circulate blood. She faced complications after surgery that required physical rehabilitation. Through every challenge, her positive attitude never wavered.
