We recently wrapped up the 2024 Morse Summer Music Academy, a free, intensive program for students from the New Haven Public Schools. The Academy is part of YSM’s Music in Schools Initiative, which is supported by a gift from the Yale College Class of 1957. At its core, the MISI is a partnership in which YSM teaching artists support the work of music educators from the NHPS during the academic year. The value of the program and its constituent parts is best articulated by its participants. Enjoy
