A new look for curbside collection in Waterloo region

The changes to the recycling and the blue box program across Ontario has been challenging. Here in Ajax, some small businesses on main streets and in unique situations are now forced to make tough choices. Some are taking recyclables home to their residential bins. Others now have to pay high fees that they never had to pay before for private collection. Many are left with no option but to put recyclable materials in the garbage.
