Here is a 10-minute workout you can try at home! :) Make sure you start with a 1-minute warm-up of your choice (jumping jacks, butt kickers, a quick jog around the yard). Then, perform each of these exercises for 45 seconds, followed by a 15 second rest for TWO rounds!! . 1. Squat Jacks 2. Alternating Lunges 3. Burpees 4. Push-up Reaches .
