I love set up efficiency hacks, and I love this @proxdirect X-LS64 Single Stud Lighting Mount for attaching lights to lighting stands. Especially since not all lighting stands have an M10 screw on top. And this is way quicker at an event to assemble than screwing on a knob. The light is the Cable-Free Both Lighting Spider Wash, but this would work for many different lights including movers.
