I can’t be the only one who didn’t know Hokkien cuisine is this delicious 😱 @banlan.sg is the Singapore outlet of a restaurant that’s listed on the MICHELIN Guide in China! They serve up some really yummy dishes like the Steamed Mindong Yellow Croaker with Yong’an Yellow Chili ($79) that was so aromatic while still being balanced, and the fish meat was extremely well cooked and just melts away!
