Srijita Chatterjee’s role as an Internal Communications Manager for PepsiCo Global Business Services is to connect, inform and engage associates, skills she tapped into when she wanted to find a way to address the needs of her community. Seeing the lack of access to STEM tools and education for young girls, Srijita galvanized a group of colleagues to build a network of digital labs that now benefit more than 1,200 students in rural Telangana, India.
