Ajay Shah, Professor at National Institute of Public Finance and Policy is convinced that circuit filter is a bad idea because it closes down the market for a stock. AP Paper Mills, Shalimar Paints, Shree Ashtavinayak and Sabero Organics were some of the stocks on circuit filter for many days recently.
