😱 Anxiety and Stress stem from fear. I know this is an oversimplification, but reminding yourself of what you have to do physically can wash away the anxiety and help you focus in on your study. Next time you’re overwhelmed, walk yourself through the steps, what do you actually have to do? It’ll probably sound really simple. I use this often, and see my goals as a matter of time at my desk.
