Chynna of course being the daughter of the Mamas and the Papas’ John and Michelle Phillips and who co-formed the memorable Wilson Phillips trio with friends Carnie and Wendy Wilson, who are both daughters of the Beach Boys’ Brian Wilson. While Hold On was a worldwide smash, it’s almost forgotten that their eponymous debut album yielded two other number 1’s: Release Me and You’re in Love. Chynn
