Cookie Monster 🍪🍪!! I used our Elmo cookie cutter to make this Cookie Monster. The shape is pretty similar 😉 for the outline, I traced the face first using our @rainbow_dust_colours chocolate brown edible marker. Then used a medium consistency black to pipe over the outline. Once that crusted over (about 10 minutes) I filled the mouth and then the eyes using a wet on wet technique. Royal Blue flood for the face and then let it dry over night prior to packaging!
