How Salt Affects Ocean Life
My soul needs the ocean. Not wants. Needs. Because life gets loud and the ocean doesn’t argue back. It reminds me to breathe deeper, move slower, and stop pretending I’m in control of everything. Salt water fixes what talking can’t. Sunsets reset my attitude. And the sound of waves? Better than therapy. Cheaper too.
